as you may have noticed, the name (and url, of course) of the blog has changed. two reasons - no.1: my life of eating alone came to an abrupt end, so no more tables for one; no.2: i got a lot of shit from friends who couldn't ever remember the name or url of the blog. yes, they should learn how to bookmark but i liked the challenge of coming up with another name that would both describe what the blog is all about and have an available url. "eats meets world" is actually pretty perfect for what this is all about - a marriage of my love of food and my love of travel. i'm pretty surprised no one took this name already.
and with every new identity and new beginning comes a makeover!
